Introducing same-day deal onboarding in Lumonic

Skye Nguyen

The deal closes and post-closing checklists start. Someone reads the credit agreement, sets up company reporting schedules and covenant thresholds by hand before the first reporting cycle. Lumonic now does that intake for you: drop the agreement into Ask Lu, and the new deal is ready for your review.

Start with the credit agreement

Drop in the executed credit agreement (exhibits included) from closing. Lu begins setting up deal terms, proposing deliverables, and covenants with a threshold for every test period. Before saving, everything will surface to you for review with citations back to source documents.

Your firm's judgment, on every new deal

Using templates from your library and active deals, Lu onboards the new deal just like your team would. Every new deal adds context for the next one - nothing has to be explained twice.

Every term traces to its source

Every proposed change will quote the credit docs word for word. Lu will flag any clause that doesn't match the source or can't be traced to a page.

Step-downs in place before the first test

Step-downs are pulled directly from the agreement, along with thresholds and test periods. Be prepared well ahead of the first reporting cycle.

Works for amendments too

Upload an amendment and get a before and after of each change. Approve or reject proposed changes from the amendment before anything is updated.

Available today

Same-day deal onboarding is live for every Lumonic customer, with nothing to set up. New deals start in Ask Lu with the executed agreement. For a deal already in Lumonic, open the company's Deliverables page and choose Create from document.
